16 weeks!

As of today Brynnlee is 16 weeks and 2 days old. A lot has happened since the last post. She recently has rolled over, noticed her voice and started eating solids. Brynnlee is very vocal and enjoys sitting up (not on her own of course)! She is starting to notice the world around her and seems amazed at certain things. At night she likes to watch things on the back of the couch and talk to them (usually its her Boppy pillow, a blanket or one of the cats). When Jeff comes home from work she turns her head to the sound of the door opening and lights up when she sees him. At the first of the year we began trying rice cereal and I started to make my own baby food. So far I have made peas and carrots, each time I gave her a taste...she loves peas. We won't be feeding solids consistantly for a few more weeks, but she is starting out well. Right now she is up to about 7 ounces each feeding; which is about every 3-4 hours. She is sleeping through the night, she goes to bed pretty late because of Jeff's schedule. Usually she is in bed around 11-12 and she sleeps to about 8:30-9:30. Jeff's transition back to work went well, but mine was a little tougher.
